Return & Refund Policy

At USA Print on Demand, we believe in keeping our customers informed and treating every project fairly. Since our printing projects are often customized and work begins after payment, refunds are based on the stage of the project.

1. Full Refund Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before any work has started, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid.

No work started = No charges.

2. Partial Refund After Work Has Started

If work has already started, we will calculate the portion of the project that has been completed.

You will only be charged for the work actually completed, and the remaining unused balance will be refunded.

Example:
If you paid $500 and 30% of the project has been completed, we may retain $150 for the completed work and refund the remaining $350.

The exact amount retained will depend on the actual work completed and any project-specific costs already incurred.

3. Completed Projects

Once a project has been fully completed and delivered according to the agreed specifications, payments are generally non-refundable, except where we have failed to provide the agreed service or another refund arrangement has been approved.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with your order or project details. We will review the project status and determine:

• Whether work has started

• What portion of the project has been completed

• Any costs already incurred

• The remaining amount eligible for refund

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, the eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Our Commitment

We aim to keep our refund process fair, simple, and transparent.

If we haven't started your project, you receive a full refund. If we've started work, you pay only for the work completed and receive the remaining balance back.
